Refund & Return Policy

At Russty, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver products that meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The item must include original tags and packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us with your order number, item name, and reason for return via email or WhatsApp:

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days to your original method of payment.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first to confirm stock availability.
You will need to cover the shipping cost for sending the item back and for the new item to be shipped to you.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
