Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.

For Malaysia:
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
For International Orders (if applicable):
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, typically 7–14 working days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and total order weight.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain amount (as announced on our website).
We do not cover any duty, customs, or import fees. These costs, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this number to track your shipment through the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking details.

Russty is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
